DAISY is our adopted golden retriever who single-pawedly turned the sunshine back on following a dark and difficult time. She is an amazing dog. We think she might have been Lucille Ball in a previous life because of her incredible sense of humor and remarkable sense of timing, as well as her gorgeous (and natural) red color. Of course she’s intelligent and beautiful, too, and her heart is enormous and overflowing with love. We think about that a lot… because if DAISY can give so much to our family after her mistreatment and neglect as a puppy then anything is possible! We are strong believers in pet adoption, and hope anyone considering a new companion animal will visit their local shelter, where a hopeful pet in need of a forever home is waiting to become the love of someone’s life. |
